Get ready for Sundays – with a rockabilly and swing night! This is the only event of its kind, dedicated to bringing the exhilarating energy of both rockabilly and swing dancing to the Westside of the Valley. On some nights, local favorite Bacpac brings the rockabilly fever to the dance floor. While instructors can vary by week, admission is free, with just a $10 minimum purchase required to support the bar. Check out the West side and experience the raw power of rockabilly!
About the Lesson and Social Dancing
You’ll learn East Coast Swing moves in the lesson, and then get to see a variety of different dances like Lindy Hop, Shag, Balboa, East Coast Swing, Blues, and Boogie Woogie during the social dance portion of the evening. Check out Westside Swing’s Instagram for more information.
Music
The music is created by live DJs who play a range of rockabilly and swing music from the 1920s to the 1960’s, with a mix of fast and slow tempos. From rockabilly to boogie woogie to big band to blues, the DJs work hard to bring you the best variety of swing music and welcome requests.
Age Range
Cheers Tavern attracts dancers in their age range from twenties to fifties.
About Cheers Tavern Sports Club
The dance floor is made of polished concrete and while it isn’t large, that just means we make more friends! It’s a fun bar with a lot of character.

Cheers Tavern has a full bar and has restaurant with a giant menu.
