Get ready to move with Fast Feet Night, a weekly event dedicated to the exhilarating world of fast-paced swing dances. Each Wednesday at the Guild of The Vale, dancers are invited to build their skills in two dynamic styles. The night starts with a one-hour Shag lesson, followed by a one-hour Balboa lesson, structured to help you develop the footwork and stamina required for these energetic dances. Following the lessons, the floor opens for practice time. Fast Feet Night provides the perfect opportunity to dive into a new style or sharpen your existing skills in a focused, fun environment.
